Today we embark on an adventure to develop a webshop with the aim to change the very meaning of the word souvenir. This is the day Rare Souvenirs sees the light of day.
Rare Souvenirs will offer items that capture the history, culture and very nature of a location. We want to provide customers with unique and high quality products that tell a location’s story. Products that inspire and products you won’t find anywhere else.
Forget cheap mass produced pens, magnets and scarfs, and get ready to discover products that bring to life the rich lore, history and essence of places around the world. Here you’ll find uniquely designed t-shirts, limited edition replicas of mythical objects, famous and less famous works of art, and even action figures of historic figures, among many others.
Since we’re based in Scotland, naturally this is the first country we’ll be offering rare and unique souvenirs from. But some day we plan to expand into Wales, England and other countries too. We’ll produce many of our products directly in-house, but also aim to collaborate with local businesses and artists as much as possible. Not only to support local crafts and skills, but also to offer the type of true local products that make a souvenir truly local.
